Hans  is currently Head of Go To Market Operations at ‘On’, a sporting goods  manufacturer with a focus on delivering industry-disrupting innovation  in premium footwear, apparel, and accessories for high-performance  running, outdoor, and all-day activities. His previous experience  includes working with renowned brands such as Timberland, Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein, Ted Baker, EMI Music and your very own StrutFit.
