HOKA was seeing rapid growth online when they approached StrutFit. They wanted to deliver a premium customer experience to match their innovative brand. Naturally, the main contributor for their returns was fit- and it was a particular challenge in some European markets. By delivering a compelling and effective fit experience, they hoped to wow customers and cut their returns.
The Solution
StrutFit went through our optimized data gathering and fit aligning process with HOKA's products and size guides. After passing internal testing, we released the solution live on HOKA EMEA websites via an A/B test. The test confirmed that conversion rates and return rates were positively impacted. Since then, we have continued to improve individual style level sizing based on their returns, customer feedback, and measurements captured by StrutFit.
