Find · Connected AI assistant

One conversation.
The whole store.

Find sits on your product page and reaches into the rest of your store. Shoppers get sized, try things on, chase a delivery and raise a ticket - without ever leaving the conversation.

Discovery

They describe it. We find it.

Shoppers rarely arrive with a product name. They describe an occasion, a problem or a feeling - Find takes that, or asks the one question that narrows it down, and comes back with things you actually stock.

something for a beach wedding
Warm, outdoors, dressy. Three that travel well:
Terrace Midi - breathable, holds a press in humidity.
Juniper Maxi - floor-length, still packs flat.
Solstice Wrap - adjustable tie, forgiving on the day.

Sizing

The size question, settled in the chat.

“What size should I buy?” comes back with their size in that specific style, calibrated to that cut - not a link to a size chart and not a brand-wide guess. The sizing experience opens inside the thread, so nobody goes hunting for a button.

a linen shirt for summer
Breathable and unstructured. Three in stock:
Oxford Shirt - washed linen, cut generous through the body.
Piqué Polo - knitted collar, holds its shape.
Printed Shirt - camp collar, boxier fit.

Visualization

On the shopper, mid-conversation.

One photo and the shopper sees the piece on themselves, with the drape and layering right - no app to install and no leaving the thread. Footwear gets live camera AR instead, on the same principle.

Order tracking

It knows where the parcel is.

A shopper gives their order number and gets the real status - carrier, tracking number and expected date, read from your fulfilment data. Not a link to a help centre, and not a form.

FAQ

Common questions

How does AI product discovery work?

A shopper types or speaks the way they would to a person on the shop floor - 'waterproof boots, wide foot, under $200'. Find reads that against your live catalogue, inventory and policies, and returns a short ranked set of products that are actually in stock in a size that suits them. It's grounded in your data, so it can't invent a product you don't sell.

Does it make things up?

No. Find only answers from your catalogue, your inventory feed and your published policies. If the answer isn't in your data, it says so and offers the nearest real alternative rather than guessing.

Can Find tell a shopper what size to buy?

Yes, if you have StrutFit Size. When a shopper asks “would these fit me?”, Find answers with their size in that specific style - calibrated to that last, not a brand-wide size chart - and can open try-on on the same product from the same conversation. A bolt-on chat widget can talk about fit; Find settles it.

Can it tell a shopper where their order is?

Yes. Find reads your order and fulfilment data, so “where’s my order?” returns the real status - carrier, tracking number and expected date - in the conversation. It also answers returns, shipping, exchange and care questions from your published policy pages, and links to the page it answered from.

How long does it take to install?

Two weeks is the normal end-to-end timeline, including catalogue ingestion and tuning. The technical install itself is an app embed on Shopify or one script tag anywhere else, and takes minutes.

Does it work on Shopify?

Yes. There's a Shopify app embed, a Salesforce Commerce Cloud cartridge, an Adobe Commerce module, and a JavaScript SDK for any other stack. No re-platforming.

Does it know when something is out of stock?

Yes. Find reads your live inventory, so a shopper is never recommended a product or a size they can't buy right now.

How much does it cost?

Find starts at $39 a month and is priced by monthly order volume. There's no setup fee and you can cancel monthly. Full pricing is published at strut.fit/pricing.

Right now, shoppers are guessing their size, struggling to find what they want, and buying blind.

Yours don't have to be.
